Life begins at Cedar Village. Our mission is to make aging a fulfilling and enriching experience and we know that sometimes individuals need a little more support to feel comfortable, secure and independent. That’s why we created Cedar Village Home Care. Through this service, we can offer a full range of non-medical home care services, by specially trained Cedar Village employees, to anyone living in the greater Cincinnati community. Home care with the quality and consistency that you expect from Cedar Village.
Who will provide the care?
Our Cedar Village Home Care staff are Cedar Village employees who have been specifically trained to provide the services. Having our own home health agency and our own staff will ensure the tradition and consistency of care that you have come to expect at Cedar Village.
How much care or services can be provided?
There is a minimum of three hours of care or services per day, up to a maximum of 24 hours a day.
How are services billed?
Billing will be weekly through the Cedar Village Business Office. Bills may be paid by personal check or automatic withdrawal.
How can I set up services?
Cedar Village Home Care services can be arranged with one phone call. The office is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and our staff are on call around the clock, seven days a week. Our phone number, 513.754.3100 is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have an after hours need, your call will be relayed to the manager on duty for follow-up.
